Your commitment:
The Weed Week journaling & group challenge CAN and WILL change your life, or at the very least, change the way you relate to your cannabis use! But it does involve commitment from you!

Be prepared to spend 10-15 minutes journaling each morning and evening during your Weed Week. You'll also enjoy 1-2 intentional cannabis use "sessions" where you will have prompts to journal around after your use as well.
​
Results are only as good as what you put in, but I KNOW you are ready to make changes in your life and this challenge is a great way to start!
